Player instructions:

1. Arrive to picture location one hour prior to game time and line up with your coach. 
2. Dress in full uniform including cleats. 
3. Please do not bring any equipment (i.e. soccer ball) into the picture location.  Please leave all equipment with parents.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

• Each player receives a League Package Memory Mate (1 per registered player) automatically (no form required).  

The Memory Mate is an 8x10 and includes the individual player picture and team picture.

• Coaches receive a complimentary Memory Mate (Maximum of 2 coaches per team) which includes a coach/player picture and team picture.

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE:

1. Complete an Online Pre-Order (see below).  Online pre-orders can be placed at any time up to one week after picture day.  OR
2. If paying by cash or check, print a form to bring to picture day.  Click here to view AZSC Order Options.  Click here to print the AZSC Order Form, attach payment and bring the form to picture day.  OR
3. Forms will be available at the picture location.   OR
4. Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.

Additionally, you will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER:

1. Click here and refer to the instructions below.
2. Add items to your cart. 
3. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your team/coach name from the drop-down menu.  Type player name and jersey number (type IDK if unknown), and then parent name and player's age. If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  
5. ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.   Please type NA in any field that is not applicable.
6. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address.  For expiration date, type in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.
   • If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
   • For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona) 
   • Please note NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Pre-Orders will be delivered to AZSC and distributed to players by their coach.  
7. Click "Place Order" and you are done!
