Does your club team need headshots for your website?  Grand Photography can provide individual headshots for each of your players.  Make the best introduction and first impression of your players to college scouts, social media contacts, or whoever your target market may be.  By choosing a professional headshot for your players, you're investing in your team by establishing a consistent look for your club and a polished representation of each member. 

The session fee is $20 per rostered player. For clubs with multiple teams, there is an additional $50 session fee per team booked the same picture day. The following images will be included with the session fee to be used for your team's website:
	Digital image of each player on a branded background
	Team photo
8x10 Memory Mate	Each player receives an 8x10 Memory Mate (includes individual player and team photo)
Additionally, each player will be photographed full body in multiple poses and parents and family are offered a variety of picture packages and items to purchase.

Club team session information:

• Each player will be photographed Individually which will take approximately 5 minutes.  Typically we will use green screen, however, a traditional background is available with a variety of options (dark grey, light grey, blue, brown).  
• Each player should arrive in full uniform including cleats (if applicable) and be ready to be photographed.  
• Appointments are required by contacting our office at 480-632-2285.
• Payment in full is required to book the session.  Session fees are nonrefundable.
• Sessions can be rescheduled two times free of charge and will incur a $25 for additional schedule changes.
• If you have players that join the team late, a makeup session can be scheduled for $20 per player. 
• There is a $25 fee to edit the team photo (i.e. to add or remove players).

Tips to prepare for an outstanding session:

• Your jersey/uniform should be clean and not wrinkled. 
• Bring your own equipment for your individual photos (i.e. baseball, football, soccer ball, softball, bat, glove, helmet etc.).
• Avoid unnecessary accessories (i.e. large earrings).
• Tanning:  Spray tanning right before a photo shoot is not advisable as it may photograph as orange and/or be blotchy.
