Pictures will be taken on February 18th, 19th, and 20th, 2020

at Grand Photography Studio

Check with your coach for your scheduled picture day/time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
 

Each player will receive one (1) Memory Mate.  No form needs to be completed unless ordering additional items.  See below for instructions.
 

PLAYER INSTRUCTIONS: 
 

• Players should arrive to the picture location 15 minutes before scheduled picture time dressed in full uniform including cleats.
• Every player will be photographed.
   

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE:

1. Complete an Online Pre-Order (see directions below).  The deadline to place an online pre-order is one week after picture day.  OR
2. Forms will be available at the picture location.  OR
3. Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.

For best pricing and discounted package rates, place a Pre-Order using one of the options above.  

Additionally, you will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note that prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.
 

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER:
*Please use  SAFARI, CHROME, FIREFOX, OR MICROSOFT EDGE browsers to place your order.

1. Read directions and then click on the appropriate category below.
2. Add items to your cart. 
3. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your team from the drop-down menu.  Type player name and jersey number (type IDK if unknown) and then parent name and phone number.  If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  
5. ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.   Please type NA in any field that is not applicable or IDK if unknown.
6. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address. 

• For credit card expiration date, TYPE in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.
• If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
• For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona)

7. Please note that NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Pre-Orders will be delivered to AZSC and distributed by your coach or team manager.  
8. Click "Place Order" and you are done!
