We are excited to offer Through the Years collages

for our schools and sports leagues!  
 

HOW TO PLACE YOUR COLLAGE ORDER:

• Go to the appropriate gallery and enter keyword to view available images:
  • Keyword for most schools is student ID or as indicated on the prompt.
  • Keyword for sports leagues is last name.
• For the easiest shopping experience, follow the instructions below:

1. ​​​​​​Select images first:
   • ​After entering keyword, all available images will be displayed.
   • Click the SELECT PHOTOS button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and then click on all of the images you would like in your collage. 
     • You will see a check mark in the lower left-hand corner of the image once it has been selected.
     • YOU MUST SELECT A MINIMUM OF 5 IMAGES.
2. Click the BUY button once you have selected a minimum of 5 images and up to 10 images (sports) or 7 images (schools) plus kinder grad pic if available for a total of 8 images.
   • The shopping screen and price list should now be visible. 
3. Click Collage from the shopping list.
   • The image selection screen will open and 5 placeholders will be displayed. 
   • Drag each photo from the Selected tab on the left-hand side of the screen to one of the placeholders that says Drag Photo Here.
   • The order of the images does not matter on this screen.  The images will be placed in the collage in chronological order.
   • If you are adding more than 5 images, additional placeholders will appear after you have filled up the first 5 placeholders.  
   • A minimum of 5 placeholders need to filled before proceeding.
4. Once you have added all of the images for your collage (minimum of 5 images) to the placeholders, click Add to Cart.
   • It is okay to leave a placeholder empty as long as a minimum of 5 of the placeholders have images.
5. Click on Go To Cart or View Cart. 
   • If you need to make any changes to the images you selected, follow the steps below:
     • Click on Edit next to the product description (Collage 8x24).
     • Click CHANGE PHOTOS under the picture.
     • Select additional pictures or change the selected images by dragging and dropping any image from the Selected tab or All tab.
     • Once all changes/additions have been completed, click SAVE and then click SAVE again on the next screen.
     • There is not an option to see the completed project.  Once your order is received, we will make the custom collage by placing the images in chronological order.
6. You can add additional items to your cart by clicking "Back to Gallery," select a different gallery from the Galleries tab, or simply click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and to complete your order. 
   • *PLEASE NOTE:  Framed collages cannot be shipped.  If you would like to purchase a frame for your collage, select the "Pickup at Grand Photography" option during the checkout process and you can purchase a frame for $20 when you pick up your collage.  Payment will be collected at the time of pickup (cash or credit/debit card).
