Picture day is September 19 at 7:30 a.m.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
 

• Players should arrive at the picture location 15 minutes before scheduled picture time dressed in full uniform including cleats.
• Every player will be photographed individually and with their team.

TO PURCHASE PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

Save time and money by placing an online pre-order to get our best prices! 

BONUS for online pre-orders only:  You will be able to choose the image for your package from an online gallery within two weeks after picture day. 

1. Complete an Online Pre-Order (see directions below).  The deadline to place an online pre-order is one week after picture day. 
2. If paying by cash or check, print a form to bring to picture day.  **PLEASE NOTE:  Orders containing digital products must be placed online.  Orders placed using a printed form will not have the opportunity to choose the image.    The senior group photo is being replaced this year with a senior group collage that is available online only.

3. Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.  All phone orders received within 2 weeks after your team's picture day will be delivered to the coach.  Late orders will incur a $5 shipping fee or can be picked up at Grand Photography.

Additionally, you will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.
 

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER:
*Please use  SAFARI, CHROME, FIREFOX, OR MICROSOFT EDGE browsers to place your order.

1. Read instructions below and then click here. 
2. Add items to your cart. 
3. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your team from the drop-down menus.  Type player name, jersey # (type NA if not applicable or unknown), and then parent name.  
5. ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.   Please type NA in any field that is not applicable.
6. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address. 
   • For expiration date, type in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.
   • If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
   • For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona) 
   • Please note: NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Pre-Orders will be delivered to the school and distributed by the coach/team manager.  

7. Click "Place Order" and you are done!

8. Within two weeks after picture day, you will receive an email invitation which will allow you to select the image for your Pre-Order package.  If you do not make an image selection by the deadline noted in the email, we will choose the image for you.
