IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
 

Each player receives a League Package Memory Mate (1 per registered player) automatically (no form required).  

The Memory Mate is an 8x10 that includes the individual player picture and team picture.

Coaches receive a complimentary Memory Mate (maximum of 3 coaches per team) which is an 8x10 that includes a coach/player picture and team picture.

PLAYER INSTRUCTIONS: 
 

• Players should arrive to the picture location 15 minutes before scheduled picture time dressed in full uniform including cleats.
• Every player will be photographed individually and with their team.
• Players do not need their own bat.  The coach will bring one bat & glove for the team to use for their pictures.

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE:

• Complete an Online Pre-Order (directions below)
  • Online Pre-Orders can be placed at any time up until one week after your team's scheduled picture day. 
  • All Online Pre-Orders will be delivered to the league.   

• If paying by cash or check, print a form to bring to picture day.  Click here to view GSLL Order Options.  Click here to print the GSLL Order Form, attach payment, and bring the form to picture day.  
• Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.
  • All phone orders received within 2 weeks after your team's picture day will be delivered to the league.  Late orders will need to be picked up at Grand Photography or incur a $5 shipping fee.

Additionally, you will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.

1. Read directions below and then click here.
2. Add items to your cart. 
3. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the screen. 
4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your division and coach from the drop-down menus.  Type player name and jersey number (type IDK if unknown), and then parent name and phone number. If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.   
5. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address. 

• For credit card expiration date, TYPE in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.
• If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
• For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona)

6. Please note that NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Pre-Orders will be delivered to GSLL and distributed by your coach or team manager.
