Picture day is Saturday, October 19 at
Grand Photography, 761 N. Monterey Street, Suite 110, Gilbert 85233.

All athletes will be photographed individually and with their team and should arrive at the picture location in full uniform. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Each player will receive a League Package 8x10  Memory Mate (1 per registered player) automatically (no form required).

  • Coach will receive a Coach 8x10 Memory Mate (up to 2 per team) automatically (no form required).

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE:

  • Complete an Online Pre-Order (directions below). Online Pre-Orders can be placed at any time up to one week after picture day.  OR
  • Print a form to pay by check or cash.  Click here to view GYFL Order Options, and click here to Print Order Form to bring to picture day (please be patient as form make take a minute to load) OR
  • Forms will be available at the picture location   OR
  • Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.

     

You will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.

 

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER:

  1. Click here and then "Click here for 2019 Pre-Order for MAKEUP TEAMS ONLY". 
  2. Add items to your cart. 
  3. Click "Check Out". 
  4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your division, team, and coach name from the drop-down menu.  Type player name and then parent name.  If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.  
  5. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address.  For expiration date, type in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.  *Please note NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All pre-orders will be delivered to the league and distributed to your child by their coach.  
  6. Click "Place Order" and you are done!
