Picture day is Saturday, February 29 at

All athletes will be photographed individually and with their team.  All players should arrive at the picture location in full uniform. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Each player will receive a League Package 8x10  Memory Mate (1 per registered player) automatically (no form required). 

• Coach will receive a Coach 8x10 Memory Mate (up to 2 per team) automatically (no form required).

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF YOUR ATHLETE:

• Complete an Online Pre-Order (directions below). Online Pre-Orders can be placed at any time up to one week after picture day.
• Print a form to pay by check or cash.  Click here to view GYFL Order Options, and click here to Print Order Form to bring to picture day (please be patient as form make take a minute to load) 
• Forms will be available at the picture location.
• Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.

You will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PRE-ORDER:

1. Read directions below and then click here.  
2. Add items to your cart. 
3. Click "Check Out". 
4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your division, team, and coach name from the drop-down menu.  Type player name and age and then parent name and phone number.  If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.  
5. Complete the "Payment Method" section.  Be sure to type name exactly as it appears on your credit card and Billing Info must match credit card billing address. 
   • For credit card expiration date, TYPE in 2 digits for month and 4 digits for year.
   • If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
   • For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona)​​​​​​
6. Please note that NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Pre-Orders will be delivered to GYFL and distributed by your coach or team manager.
