  • Each player receives a League Package Memory Mate (1 per registered player) automatically (no form required).  

The Memory Mate is an 8x10 and includes the individual player picture and team picture.

  • Coaches receive a complimentary Memory Mate (Maximum of 6 coaches per team) which includes a coach/player picture and team picture.

To purchase additional items:

  1. Complete an Online Prepay Order (click on your league location below)  OR
  2. Print a form to bring to picture day.  Visit Grand Photography's website, www.grandphotollc.com or Click here.  Click on the "Order Forms" menu option and select "DAWGS" and follow the directions  OR
  3. Forms will be available at the picture location   OR
  4. Phone orders can be placed by calling Grand Photography at 480-632-2285.

 

For best pricing and discounted package rates, place a Prepay Order using one of the options above.  

 

 

Additionally, you will have a second chance to purchase pictures at a later date from an online gallery. Please note prices will be slightly higher due to increased processing fees and shipping costs.
 

 

TO PLACE AN ONLINE PREPAY ORDER:
 

Please use  SAFARI, CHROME, FIREFOX, OR MICROSOFT EDGE browsers to place your order. 

We are currently experiencing problems with Internet Explorer.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
 

  1. Click on your leagues logo below. 
  2. Add items to your cart. 
  3. Click "Check Out" at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Fill out the "Customer Info" section:  Choose your division and coach from the drop-down menus.  Type player name and jersey number (type IDK if unknown), and then parent name, phone number, and email address. If purchasing TRADER CARDS or Package A, B or C, fill in age, date of birth, height, weight, and position from the drop-down menus.  Select "Not buying Trader Cards" from the drop-down menu if applicable.  ALL FIELDS NEED TO BE COMPLETED to place order.   
  5. Complete the "Payment Method" section.
    • If Address Line 2 is not applicable, type NA.
    • For State, please use two letters (i.e. AZ for Arizona)
    • *Please note NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED.  All Prepay Orders will be delivered to AZSC and distributed by your coach.  The box that says "Ship to same address" does not apply. However, you may need to uncheck the box and complete the shipping address in order to check out.  This is a software problem that is being fixed, but no Preorders will be shipped.)

  6. Click "Place Order" and you are done!
